Aquatic did an amazing job on our new pool, from start to finish. With exceptional communication and professional excellence. Their CAD drawing of our pool was exceptional!!! It helped us visualize our dream. They came up with ideas for our beautiful pool that we never even thought of! They listened to what we wanted and then put it all into the outcome! Their entire staff was professional and on time! They had a very big job to do and they finished it on time! We couldn’t be more happy with our new pool! Thank you Aquatic!!

Utilized Aquatic for my backyard landscape, including pool and spa for a new build home in BHC. The entire team was A+, Sam in sales who always gives 100%--worked with my HOA for all of the permits, coordinated with the city, provided detailed work back schedules and estimates. Sam sent me upfront pricing, providing me with weekly on-site updates--important as I'm not local. The construction teams are courteous, on-time and do excellent work. Amazing craftsmanship on the block, concrete stain, and tile. Equipment install went really well, Aquatic offers a host of options--get a chiller for your pool, you'll need it in the Tri-State when it gets 118 degrees. There were some delays, due to COVID-19, weather and product availability. Aquatic did an excellent job of being honest along the way so our expectations were aligned on both sides. Lastly, the office staff--Tonya and the folks on the service team, who I've hired to keep my pool looking awesome as the day it was finished, provide competitive pricing and excellent customer service as well. Don't hesitate to recommend for your pool build in this area... ask for Sam!

We had to get a resurface and all new pool equipment. Aquatic pools came through for us. Everything went exactly as the said. Mike, Marco and the rest of their team communicated every step of the process. Always willing to answer questions and address concerns. If you need a pool these are your guys.

I have spoken to employees in showroom and the pool builders. All have been great. A couple of my neighbors used them and had good reviews. We are waiting now to build our own pool. I hope the call soon.

Manny and his crew from Aquatic Pool were great. Manny listened to my ideas and made some minor changes on the fly. The crew showed-up on time, politely answered our questions and educated my husband and I on some plants. Even the owner Bo came by to see if we were happy with the work.

We’re about a third of the way through our project with Aquatic Pools and Landscape, and we couldn’t be happier. The design process was smooth and collaborative — they really listened to what we wanted and added great ideas of their own. The communication has been excellent every step of the way, and the on-site team has been courteous, efficient, and clearly takes pride in their work. We’re excited to see the finished product, but even at this stage, we can confidently say we made the right choice with Aquatic Pools and Landscape. Toni was friendly, knowledgeable and very efficient. We went in on Labor Day and she spent a lot of time explaining each type of Spa and all the features of each one. I would buy from them again. The installer was fast efficient and very helpful. Great experience.

We were very carful when making the selection of which company was going to renovate our pool and pool deck. We got three estimates and chose Aquatic because of their professionalism, friendliness, honesty, price and most important...product quality. We chose Pebble Tech over other aggregate finishes or plaster. We want our pool to last the rest of our lives, so getting superior product was a must and, Aquatic gave us the best value for our money. Our first point of contact was Shawn Salisbury and he recognized issues that needed to be a critical part of our renovation such as a new skimmer, autofill relocation and replacement, water shut off valve for the autofill and water line relocation (which entailed removing a permeable layer of concrete that was allowing water seepage). Huge shout-out to every crew who arrived on time and ready to work with amazing attitudes and great work ethic! They cleaned up the area and their tools everyday and did everything in their power to prevent cement dust from getting on home and when dust got on our windows, they promptly removed it to avoid moisture mixing with the dust causing a difficult removal and possible scratching. They communicated with us on a daily basis and would ask how we would like things done. Anytime we saw something we weren't sure about, they'd explain and if we requested something be done a certain way, they did it without complaint or hesitation. There was a huge unforeseen item of interest that came about when they began jackhammering the old concrete out. The concrete was eight inches thick in some areas and it took a tremendous amount of man power, strength and time to remove. We anticipated Shawn coming back to us with an increase in price, but he didn't. There was no grumbling from the crew as they worked their butts off to get through the slabs of concrete and lift it into wheel burrows and skid steer. Upon removing the cement, a few of our not so pristine Saltillo tiles got chipped. Due to the fact they weren't in great shape to begin with, we weren't upset over it and were willing to accept that it was something that was unavoidable and hadn't expected Aquatic to do anything about it. To our surprise, Shawn said it would be repaired and he came through with that. An entire team of management arrived on-site to inspect and give their crew instruction on items that needed buttoned up and they were taken care of promptly. We absolutely love our new concrete pool deck. We chose not to have any stain or coatings. We wanted a low-maintenance deck that wouldn't require future work. Shawn had a great idea of how to make the concrete deck look really well with transitioning from the concrete to travertine coping from Turkey. The results are so elegant! The stone was cut and put down flawlessly. We are ecstatic with the results and are enjoying the fresh and beautiful look of our new pool! Now we can look through our windows and go outside to a newly renovated pool that no longer disappoints us every time we look at it. We are almost finished with our pool and landscape project with Aquatic Pools. It is amazing to watch your backyard transformed into a resort feel. Love our new pool, spa, and landscape.
